Bullfrogs can offer another way to feed the bass in your lake. Small fish and fry can feed on the frog eggs, while an adult bullfrog can be a full meal for a large bass.

Spawning Characteristics:
A female bullfrog will lay up to 25,000 small eggs that are held together at the surface of the water. Bullfrogs may remain at the tadpole stage for up to 2 years. A longer tadpole stage generally generates a larger frog after metamorphosis, which in turn leads to a better chance of survival.
