At Lochow Ranch - professional pond and lake management, we believe in hiring the right people. Every member of our team has the experience and education required to ensure that your pond receives the highest in quality care. Our team of professionals are graduates from the Texas A&M Fish and Wildlife Management program. They also undergo routine refresher training on the handling and applying of chemicals. With the combined experience of over 15 years in the Pond and Lake Management industry, let our team of experts build a lake you can be proud of.

John Lochow
John is a prominent business leader with over 30 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. He has led several Fortune 100 companies and is an avid international big game hunter and fisherman. His love of the sport has taken him on hunting and fishing expeditions on almost every continent around the world. John is also a former member of the U.S. Military and Air Force - he served for 7 years with the U.S. Air Force, where he flew missions into North Vietnam and Cambodia. Read on.



John Jones
Operations Manager

John joined Lochow Ranch - professional pond and lake management with extensive knowledge of the Pond and Lake Management field. A graduate from the Texas A&M University Wildlife and Fishery Science Program, John also holds an Aquatic Plant Management certification from the University of Florida. He is a member of the American Fisheries Society and is certified as a Pesticide Applicator. Read on.


Roy Meisetschlaeger
Facilities Manager

Roy is a Vietnam veteran and has many years of experience including a long career in health care. He is manager of our facilities and oversees all maintenance of customer equipment along with our specialized and proprietary gear.




Jason Chapman
Field Manager

Jason Chapman is a critical part of the Lochow Ranch team. He has extensive experience working for Texas Parks and Wildlife Department's Inland Fisheries Division, where he conducted intensive aquatic weed management and electroshocking surveys on numerous Texas waterways. Read on.


Brien Cullum
Aeration Specialist

Brien is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a degree in Wildlife and Fisheries. He has extensive knowledge in electro fishing and aquatic weed surveying. Brien also has the appropriate skills to install aeration systems; fountains and other equipment to maximize your ponds total output. Brien is a member of our field team and works directly with our clients.


Brandon Booth
Fisheries Biologist

Brandon is a graduate of Texas A&M University. He holds a bachelors degree in Wildlife & Fisheries Science with an emphasis in Fisheries Ecology and Management. Prior to joining the Lochow team, Brandon was a research assistant at A&M’s Aquaculture Research Facility. Brandon is very experienced in fish nutrition and is co-author of the publication “Effects of prebiotics on nutrient digestibility of soybean meal based diet by red drum”. Brandon is also a member of our field team and works directly with our clients.


Justin Gaskamp
Fisheries Biologist

Justin is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Wildlife and Fisheries Sciences. Justin is a Member of the Texas Chapter of Ducks Unlimited, and Coastal Conservation Association. He is certified in open water Scuba. He interned with the Aqua cultural Teaching Research Facility at Texas A&M in 2008. His experience is primarily in fisheries ecology and management working specifically with freshwater and marine fisheries. Some of his professional interests include habitat enhancement and natural resource conservation. Justin is the newest member of our team and will be working closely with our field team members.


Robert Lucas
Transportation Specialist

Robert attended Texas A&M University where he majored in Ag. Development with an emphasis in Wildlife and Fisheries. While at A&M he was a member of the Texas A&M Wildlife Society, Texas Trophy Hunters Association and Ducks Unlimited. He graduated from Texas A&M in December 2007. Robert is a member of our field team and works directly with our clients.



Donna Lochow
Office Manager

Donna Lochow leads all operational functions at Lochow Ranch. As Office Manager, Donna is responsible for the oversight of all operations and scheduling, ensuring the successful delivery of all shipments. Read on.


Sam Giesselmann
Intern

Sam is in his final semester at Texas A&M University. He is studying Renewable & Natural Resources. Sam was a member of the Texas A&M Varsity Football team for 4 years. He is currently interning at Lochow Ranch.




Sherri Bucking
Trainee

Sherri comes to us with over 10 years of Human Resources experience within a High Tech environment. She is currently here as a trainee to gain a broader knowledge of skills and experience within another industry.

Lee Urbanosky
Owner/Operator, Lee's Dozer Service

With over 25 years of experience in pond construction for the farming and ranching communities, Lee Urbanosky is a knowledgeable and vital component of the Lochow Ranch - professional pond and lake management team. He has owned his own business for over 18 years and is extremely proficient at clearing and excavating ponds and lakes. He can also build NRCs government ponds.


John Lammers
Owner/Operator, Discount Trees of Brenham
