John Jones

President
John founded Lochow Ranch – Pond and Lake Management with extensive knowledge of the pond and lake management field. A graduate of the Texas A&M University Wildlife and Fishery Science Program, John also holds an Aquatic Plant Management certification from the University of Florida. He is a member of the American Fisheries Society and is certified as a Pesticide Applicator.

Jason Chapman

Operations Manager
Jason Chapman is a critical part of the Lochow Ranch team. A graduate of the Texas A&M University, he has extensive experience working for Texas Parks and Wildlife Department’s Inland Fisheries Division, where he conducted intensive aquatic weed management and electroshocking surveys on numerous Texas waterways.

Brandon Booth

Fisheries Biologist
Brandon is a graduate of Texas A&M University. He holds a bachelors degree in Wildlife & Fisheries Science with an emphasis in Fisheries Ecology and Management. Prior to joining the Lochow team, Brandon was a research assistant at A&M’s Aquaculture Research Facility. Brandon is very experienced in fish nutrition and is co-author of the publication “Effects of Prebiotics on Nutrient Digestibility of Soybean Meal Based Diet by Red Drum.” Brandon is also a member of our field team and works directly with our clients.

Cash Conrad

Sales Manager
Cash graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelors in Agricultural Leadership and Development and a minor in Business Administration. He worked in sales at a computer software company before joining Lochow Ranch in 2014.

Matt Ward

Fisheries Biologist
Matt Ward has been serving pond and lake managers throughout the state and surrounding areas since 2006.  He brings a background in chemistry and genetics to his extensive experience as a fisheries manager.  He enjoys facing new challenges and solving problems.  He graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelors in Biology and Masters in Biochemistry.  Matt has the heart of a naturalist and enjoys building relationships with land and lake stewards, helping them understand ecology in order to promote a healthy aquatic environment and accomplish directed management goals.

Garrett Norman

Logistics Manager
Garrett is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a bachelors degree in Wildlife & Fisheries Science.  Before joining Lochow Ranch in 2015, he has worked for Texas Parks & Wildlife Department, The Nature Conservancy, Texas Agrilife Extension, and as a backpack guide.

Sam Giesselmann

Tyler Office, Field Manager
Sam has been with us since 2008 and is a regional manager who concentrates on lake management in the North Texas area. He graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Renewable & Natural Resources and was on the Texas Aggie football team while attending college. He is skilled in aeration installation, fish transport, electrofishing surveys, vegetation control and fisheries management.

Stu Goldsmith

Shop Manager
Stu joined the Lochow Ranch team in 2017, with an extensive knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, flooring and mechanical repairs. He plays a major roll in keeping all Lochow Ranch equipment ready for use and in proper repair.
