John Jones
Operations Manager
John joined Lochow Ranch – professional pond and lake management with extensive knowledge of the Pond and Lake Management field. A graduate from the Texas A&M University Wildlife and Fishery Science Program, John also holds an Aquatic Plant Management certification from the University of Florida. He is a member of the American Fisheries Society and is certified as a Pesticide Applicator.

Roy Meisetschlaeger
Facilities Manager
Roy is a Vietnam veteran and has many years of experience including a long career in health care. He is manager of our facilities and oversees all maintenance of customer equipment along with our specialized and proprietary gear.

Jason Chapman
Field Manager
Jason Chapman is a critical part of the Lochow Ranch team. He has extensive experience working for Texas Parks and Wildlife Department’s Inland Fisheries Division, where he conducted intensive aquatic weed management and electroshocking surveys on numerous Texas waterways.

Brien Cullum
Fisheries BiologistBrien is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a degree in Wildlife and Fisheries. He has extensive knowledge in electro fishing and aquatic weed surveying. Brien also has the appropriate skills to install aeration systems; fountains and other equipment to maximize your ponds total output. Brien is a member of our field team and works directly with our clients. |

Brandon Booth
Fisheries Biologist
Brandon is a graduate of Texas A&M University. He holds a bachelors degree in Wildlife & Fisheries Science with an emphasis in Fisheries Ecology and Management. Prior to joining the Lochow team, Brandon was a research assistant at A&M’s Aquaculture Research Facility. Brandon is very experienced in fish nutrition and is co-author of the publication “Effects of prebiotics on nutrient digestibility of soybean meal based diet by red drum”. Brandon is also a member of our field team and works directly with our clients.

Sam Giesselmann
Fish Transportation Specialist
Sam has been with us since 2008 and is a regional manager who concentrates on lake management in the North Texas area. He graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Renewable & Natural Resources and was on the football team while attending college. He is skilled in aeration installation, fish transport, electrofishing surveys, vegetation control and fisheries management.

Leroy Haby, Jr., CPA
Controller
Leroy has been with the company since 2009 and a Certified Public Accountant since 1987. His work
experience includes eight years with a public accounting firm in Sugarland, Texas, eleven years as controller of an oil trading company in Houston, Texas, and five years as controller of a cattle ranching company in Franklin, Texas. His hobbies include watersports and helping on the family farm and ranch where he grew up.

Thomas Linskog
Fisheries Tech
After graduating high school, Thomas worked as a carpenter apprentice for a year before he went to a two year construction education school. He then completed a four year technical degree in a year and a half. Thomas came to the United States in 1998 to earn his pilot license. After completion, he worked as a flight instructor in Maine until 2008. |
